Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. Standard ground shipping typically arrives in 3-7 business days. Free shipping is offered on specific kits as marked, and when offered it covers Ground Shipping only.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes! We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is available for Canada—please contact us for a quote.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from our Track Order page.
What is your return policy?
Phoenix telescoping flagpoles come with the 365-Day Home Trial: a refund less shipping, with conditions. Flags and parts are not part of the Home Trial. The exact terms are on our Return Policy and Home Trial pages.
Installation
How long does installation take?
Most homeowners complete the installation in 30-45 minutes. The hardest part is cementing the ground sleeve. The flagpole itself simply slides into the sleeve—no tools required.
Do I need professional help?
No! Our kits are designed for DIY installation. We include step-by-step instructions and the ground sleeve with every kit. However, we do have a network of professional installers if you'd prefer help.
What type of concrete do I need?
We recommend using 2-3 bags (80 lb each) of standard quick-set concrete mix. The ground sleeve is placed in a hole approximately 24" deep and 10" wide.
Can I install on a deck or patio?
Yes! We offer wall and dock mounts for hard surface installations. Our Hitch Mount is also perfect for RVs and tailgating.
Wind & Weather
What is the wind rating?
The 20 and 25 ft Phoenix flagpoles carry 100 MPH Wind-Rated Performance when properly installed with one approved 4'x6' or smaller flag and the standard 3" ball. The 15 ft model has its own rating. Wind damage to the tube sections is not covered by the Limited Lifetime Forever™ Warranty.
Should I take it down during storms?
The Phoenix is designed to stay up in most storms. However, in the event of Category 3+ hurricanes or tornadoes, we recommend collapsing the pole down. This takes about 30 seconds.
Will it rust?
Never. Our poles are made from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum with an anodized finish. They are completely rust-proof, even in saltwater coastal environments.
Can I fly it at night?
US Flag Code requires illumination if displayed at night. Our solar lights solve this automatically with dusk-to-dawn sensors—no wiring required.
Warranty & Support
What does the warranty cover?
The Limited Lifetime Forever™ Warranty covers six Phoenix components for the original owner: the base cap, post fasteners, Lexan parts, interlocking sleeves, swivel rings and top cap. It is not transferable and must be registered within 90 days of purchase. It does not cover tube sections damaged by wind. The full terms are on our warranty page.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Simply contact us at (518) 400-0765 or email support. We'll typically ship replacement parts within 1-2 business days at no cost to you.
Are flags covered under warranty?
Flags are consumable items and are not covered under our Limited Lifetime Forever™ Warranty. However, our premium nylon flags are designed to last 6-12 months in typical conditions. We offer replacement flags at great prices.
What about the solar lights?
Solar lights carry a 2-year warranty. The rechargeable batteries may need replacement after 2-3 years depending on usage. We sell affordable replacement batteries.
