Can I Cancel My Order?
Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 30 minutes to cancel it before it processes to our fulfillment center. Once the order processes and is accepted by our fulfillment center, you may still request cancellation, however please know that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed.
What if my order has already processed?
If the order has already processed to the fulfillment center, you may request cancellation on any items in the order until they have ship confirmed, however please be aware that this is only a request; a cancellation request may not be successful depending on how far in processing the order is. Cancellation requests must be submitted per item. You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your cancellation request to let you know that the request has been sent.
* Intentionally broken items or accidents resulting in damage to the product are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty or our Unbeatable Guarantee and will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping fees not included. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Guarantee Information
We provide a six-month limited guarantee from the date of purchase for our DURAFLIGHT sewn polyester US flags, Valley Forge Koralex II, and Poly-EXTRA American flags in the sizes of 3x5 feet and 4x6 feet. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this guarantee to larger flags due to their reduced lifespan. Should your flag show signs of wear or fading within this period, we will replace the flag free of charge; you only responsible for shipping.
For DURAFLIGHT nylon flags sized 2x3 feet, 3x5 feet, and 4x6 feet, a three-month limited guarantee from the date of purchase is available. This guarantee does not apply to larger flags for the same reasons mentioned above. We will replace any flag that becomes worn out or faded within this timeframe for free; you only responsible for shipping.
To initiate a guarantee claim, please contact our customer service department for authorization at 1-518-400-0765 or contact us via email.
For a flag to qualify for replacement under this guarantee, it must be significantly worn or faded. We understand that after six months of use, some wear is to be expected. A single replacement per flag is allowed, and it is at our discretion to determine if a flag is considered "significantly worn."
Significant wear includes normal deterioration from being displayed outdoors continuously, such as grommet detachment, header tearing, or fraying edges. We advise regularly inspecting your flag to monitor its condition and contacting us immediately if you detect any issues.
Atlantycs, LLC., operating as AtlanticFlagpole.com, retains the final decision on what constitutes significant wear. This guarantee does not cover damage from inclement weather conditions (storms, snow, rain, hurricanes, tornadoes, thunderstorms, micro-bursts, earthquakes, ice storms, tsunamis, or other natural events), theft, or damage resulting from the flag contacting buildings, trees, branches, or any other objects. Flag must be on a stationary pole for any guarantee to be in effect. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly maintain, display, and store their flag, especially during adverse weather conditions.
