*System Support Notice: Your high-strength ground sleeve and concrete mounting bolts do NOT need to be uninstalled or pulled out of the dried concrete foundation to qualify for your trial return layout.

Standard Accessory Return Policy

The 30-Day Open-Box window: We provide a full capital refund (less processing shipping tracking) for completely unopened accessory stock items returned to our depot within 30 days of purchase. A standard 15% restocking fee modifier applies to any opened accessory boxes (this restocking fee modifier explicitly excludes items protected by the 365-day Phoenix Flagpole trial matrix).

Atlantic Flagpole preserves the administrative right to refuse baseline return authorization requests on opened accessory packages at our sole discretion.

*Seasonal Policy Rule: Special holiday or calendar-specific items are strictly non-returnable once the targeted holiday date passes.

To file a basic accessory return:

  1. Draft a brief explanation letter indicating your specific feedback or deployment observations.
  2. Once our support center issues your official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, safely parcel your assets back to the master Schenectady corporate destination noted above.

Order Cancellation Parameters

Can I Cancel My Pending Order?
You maintain a strict 30-minute operational window immediately following order submission to cancel your layout before our automated warehouse drops the line to fulfillment. Once an order crosses into processing status, cancellation requests can still be uploaded but success parameters are not structurally guaranteed.

What if my line items are already processing?
You can track and submit item cancellation requests right up until the exact moment freight carriers scan the manifest label. Cancellation pipelines are checked per line item, and you will receive separate digital confirmation logs once updates clear the ledger.

*Environmental Liability Exclusion: Intentionally broken, altered, or field-damaged components are strictly excluded from warranty backup lists. All standard inbound or outbound delivery shipping line fees are non-reimbursable; physical return freight management remains the sole financial responsibility of the equipment owner.

We process and route our premium flagpoles out of our logistics hubs within 24 to 48 hours of order clearance under rigid quality check workflows. Due to the high-temperature chemical variables inherent to deep structural aluminum anodized processing, slight structural color variations can occasionally manifest—particularly across gold and light bronze metallic finishes.
