SEAL TEAM 6 Defense™ is a collection of separately defined customer protections included with qualifying Phoenix Flagpole purchases. Each defense has its own eligibility requirements, exclusions, documentation requirements, and applicable remedy.

365-Day Phoenix Home Trial
A Full Year to Make It Yours.
Bring the Phoenix home and experience it in your own yard for a full 365 days. If it is not right for you, review the Home Trial terms for eligibility and return instructions.
A satisfaction and purchase-confidence program. It does not cover damage, misuse, negligence, improper installation, or wind damage, and it is not a route to replacement parts.

Limited Lifetime Forever™ Warranty
Covered Parts. Lifetime Confidence.
The Limited Lifetime Forever™ Warranty provides coverage for qualifying covered components, subject to the original-owner requirement, registration requirements, proof of purchase, exclusions, and service terms.
Coverage is on qualifying covered components. It does not automatically extend to the entire pole or to the aluminum tubing.

Pol-D-Fense™ Anti-Theft Protection
Locked Down. Standing Proud.
Pol-D-Fense™ provides a dedicated line of defense for qualifying theft claims when the required Securi-Shur™ anti-theft device was properly installed and the required documentation is provided.
Qualifying claims only. The Securi-Shur™ device must have been properly installed, and documentation including a police report is required.

Colorfast Defense™
Color That Stands Strong.
Colorfast Defense™ is designed to protect the Phoenix flagpole’s approved finish against qualifying color-fade or finish-related issues, subject to the applicable terms and exclusions.
Applies to the flagpole finish, not to flags. Does not cover scratches, abrasions, impact damage, foreign substances, caustic chemicals, improper cleaning, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by another person, animal, vehicle, structure, or product.

RustShield™ helps protect the Phoenix flagpole against qualifying rust, corrosion, and oxidation concerns, subject to the applicable terms, exclusions, and documentation requirements.

Hydro-Flow Defense™
Smart Drainage by Design.
Hydro-Flow Defense™ uses an engineered internal drainage path to help normal moisture move through and away from the Phoenix telescoping system.
Applies to the flagpole’s internal drainage design only. It does not guarantee your soil, footing, ground sleeve, installation area, drainage system, or property against standing water, flooding, poor soil conditions, or site-related problems.

100 MPH Wind-Rated Performance
Applicable Phoenix 20-foot and 25-foot models are engineered for wind-rated performance up to 100 MPH when properly installed and used with one approved 4′ x 6′ or smaller Premium Nylon U.S. flag, one standard 3″ ball topper, and no additional accessories.
Wind-rated performance is a product specification. It is separate from the SEAL TEAM 6 Defense™ Protection Program and is not one of the six defenses. The 15-foot model carries its own separately approved rating.
Flag Protection Terms
Flags are covered separately from the Phoenix flagpole and its protection categories. Flag protection is not part of SEAL TEAM 6 Defense™ and a flag is not covered by Colorfast Defense™.
