This light is without a doubt the BEST available self-contained flag illumination light there is. I’ve tried MANY of them and this outperforms all of the others. Even after three years, this will still shine brightly ALL night long.
I purchased a 25' Phoenix flagpole from Atlantic Flag & Pole in April 2022. After 4 years of 365 day a year use, the plastic rings broke and some other items experienced wear and tear. Replacing them was no problem at all. Within a day of my email, the team had reached out to me and fulfilled my order for parts and shipping. All parts were under warranty, and the Youtube video on how to disassemble the pole, repair/replace the parts, and reassemble was fantastic. Color is good but the flag is very thin and looks cheap to me. Cannot imagine it lasting very long. Ask me again in a couple months.
The grommets are far too deep into the fabric. Makes connecting it to the clips almost impossible.
The parts arrived on time. They we easy to replace and they were a perfect fit.
