Pry open the Freedom Ring at the flag snap eyelet and slide the ring over the flagpole tube section until it claps shut securely. Attach the stainless steel flag snap: Press the spring clip of the stainless steel snap over the Freedom Ring’s eyelet until it snaps firmly into place. Clip your flag grommet onto the flag snap. Use the upper Freedom Ring for the top grommet of your flag. Use the lower Freedom Ring (or large swivel ring) for the bottom grommet. Once your flag is attached, raise your flagpole section by section, locking each into place. Fly your flag high and proud—your Freedom Rings will keep it rotating freely 360° with the wind, tangle-free and dignified.     For Two Flags: Connect top flag’s top grommet to its own swivel ring at the top of the flag pole; attach the  bottom grommet to the top clip on the Duo Harness (Double Flag Harness) then add the Second flag top brass grommet to the bottom Clip of the Duo Harness and bottom grommet to the lower swivel ring.
