In most instances, shipping and delivery times occur inside of 7 days, but please allow up to two weeks for all in-stock items for delivery.


We currently use a variety of shipping carriers to best serve our customers living in different areas across the US. Shipping carriers include UPS, FedEx, Spee-Dee Delivery and USPS.

IMPORTANT: USPS will not deliver to homes that do not have a mailbox or mail receptacle. If you do not have a mailbox/mail receptacle, you will need to provide a PO Box for us or contact us directly to make accommodations! You can notify us of your need for accommodation by listing the details under the “note” section during checkout. We also recommend you call or text us at 518-400-0765

Please note- we can not guarantee special delivery instructions will be met given our lack of involvement in the shipping process once the package leaves our warehouse, but we will make every effort to accommodate shipping requests that are directly related to our in-house processes.

Damaged or Missing Items: Please inspect all received packages within 24 hrs of receiving to make sure there are no missing or damaged items. If there are any damages, please take detailed pictures of the damaged products and any damages to the packaging. Please also take a picture of the shipping label and packing list (for our records and Quality Control Practices). Email pictures to info@atlanticflagpole.com If you are having trouble emailing pictures to us, you can text them to 518-400-0765. We will need these pictures as proof of damage, necessary for filing claims. Upon opening your package and looking for all items listed on your packing list, please email us if any of your items are missing.

Please note for product offerings marked *Special*, delivery can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. This applies to promotional items, give-aways, and items outside of our typical product offerings such as watches, lapel pins, etc.



FREE SHIPPING-  If free shipping is offered on a product listing or as a limited promotion, it is guaranteed for ground shipping only. No other shipping type or selection will be honored. A Software error or system “glitch” that allows for free shipping on Express Shipping or any other expedited level or class of shipping service will be rejected at the time of order fulfillment and replaced with ground shipping class. 

Backordered items will be listed on product pages and include estimated shipping times. We leave backordered items available for purchase so that you can get on our list! Per our policy, we ship out on a first come first serve basis. Please visit our FAQ page for updated back-order info on specific items.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Can I Cancel My Order?

Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 30 minutes to cancel it before it processes to our fulfillment center. Once the order processes and is accepted by our fulfillment center, you may still request cancellation, however please know that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed.


What if my order has already processed?

If the order has already processed to the fulfillment center, you may request cancellation on any items in the order until they have ship confirmed, however please be aware that this is only a request; a cancellation request may not be successful depending on how far in processing the order is. Cancellation requests must be submitted per item. You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your cancellation request to let you know that the request has been sent.
