We strive to provide fast, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. Please review the information below regarding delivery timelines, shipping policies, returns, cancellations, damaged packages, and order support.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

In most instances, delivery occurs within 7 days. Please allow up to two weeks for all in-stock items to be delivered.

We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, Spee-Dee Delivery, and USPS to best serve customers across the US.

*Items marked Special (watches, promotional giveaways, etc.) can take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

📬 Important: USPS Requirements

USPS will not deliver to homes without a mailbox or mail receptacle.

If you do not have a mailbox, you must provide a PO Box or contact us directly to make accommodations. List these details in the "Note" section during checkout or call/text us at 518-400-0765.

🚛 Free Shipping & Backorders

Free Shipping: When offered, this is guaranteed for Ground Shipping only. Any "glitch" allowing free express/expedited shipping will be reverted to ground at the time of fulfillment.

Backordered Items: These are listed on product pages with estimated ship dates. We ship on a first-come, first-served basis so you can get on the list early!

⚠️ Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all packages within 24 hours of receipt. To file a claim, we require:

  • Detailed pictures of the damaged product AND the packaging.
  • A photo of the shipping label and packing list.

Email photos to info@atlanticflagpole.com or text them to 518-400-0765. We cannot guarantee special delivery instructions once a package leaves our warehouse, but we will always assist with in-house processing requests.

❌ Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you have a 30-minute window to cancel before processing. After this window, cancellation requests are sent to the fulfillment center but are not guaranteed. Requests must be submitted per item.

↩️ Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind the products we sell and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

30 Day Return Policy: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full money-back guarantee, less original shipping charges.

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to opened items and accessories. This does not include products covered under our Phoenix Flagpole Satisfaction Guarantee.

Atlantic Flagpole retains the right to refuse a return after an item has been opened by the customer.

Seasonal items, including Christmas and holiday-related purchases, may not be returned after the date of the holiday.

Return Authorization Required: Please contact us for return authorization before mailing any item back. After receiving your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), mail your item back to us using the address below:
