I purchased a 25' Phoenix flagpole from Atlantic Flag & Pole in April 2022. After 4 years of 365 day a year use, the plastic rings broke and some other items experienced wear and tear. Replacing them was no problem at all. Within a day of my email, the team had reached out to me and fulfilled my order for parts and shipping. All parts were under warranty, and the Youtube video on how to disassemble the pole, repair/replace the parts, and reassemble was fantastic. New replacement flag
After 5 years my original flag needed to be replaced. Not because it was torn or tattered. It was just not as vivid and bright as I thought it could be. The sun here in Calabash NC is very brutal and the wind is harsh.

Phoenix 20' Telescoping Original Premier Flagpole Package
I purchased my flagpole about 2 weeks ago and it arrived promptly within 4 days. I got busy and did the install that same day. It was really quite a simple job and I was done in about an hour. The quality of this flagpole is impressive. I purchased the black/bronze pole and it's a nice departure from the standard silver you see everywhere. I also complemented the pole with the black/bronze flash collar and the ball topper. Raising and lowering the flagpole is very simple and I am impressed with the locking mechanisms between the sections. I had been looking at flagpoles over the years and I am glad I came across this offering. The only thing I need to do now is pick out which flag I'll fly as my second on the pole. I highly recommend this flagpole.

The pole n flag system is great n' beautiful, but I definately don't like how the wind wobbles the pole at the top with moderate wind or alittle stronger. Otherwise my husband can operate the telescopic pole adjustment even thou he has a handicap hand. So thats the good part. Just wish it didn't wobble in the wind.
