A couple things that people should know. The description on the webpage says the pole comes with expanding foam to hold the ground tube in place. When I received the pole it didn’t come with that and the instructions said you need 240 lbs of cement (4 60lbs bags or 3 80lb bags). I bought 4 60lb bags, but I only needed 2. I dug the hole 28” deep and 14” in diameter like the instructions said too. I put 1 50lb bag of pea gravel in the bottom (per the instructions) and 2 bags of cement filled the hole to within about 3” of the top. The description also says the pole comes with an anti theft device. This device is a heavy duty pipe clamp. It would keep someone from walking up to the pole and pulling it out of the ground, but there is nothing to keep someone from using a wrench to loosen the pipe clamp and taking the pole.
The pole comes with the double connector ring hanging on the pole. The instructions say you have to push that connector onto the pole. You have to pull it open and squeeze it onto the pole. It wasn’t hard to do, but I almost pinched my fingers in it when I got it on. In my opinion the pole should be shipped with that ring already on the pole.
Over all the pole was easy to install except for digging the hole with a post hole digger. If you have rocky soil you would want an auger or if you have to use a post hole digger you would want a digging bar too.
The pole looks nice and I am happy with it. I would recommend it.

My new Phoenix flagpole is perfect.
This expandable 25' silver aluminum flag pole lives up to what the company claims. I installed it about 2 months ago and it has seen some strong winds. It was a little pricey, but is very heavy duty and well built. Get what you pay for. It locks/unlocks to expand easy for me, but my wife who is weaker than me may struggle with it as she has strength problems. The 60 LED solar light kicks on every evening and I keep it on low with plenty of light on the flag. I did not like the security clamp to keep it from getting stolen as anyone with a wrench can loosen it. For me, I used pipe tape and plastic on first concrete pour and poured another 21/2" over the security clamp to make it theft proof. We will see if that was a mistake as I will have to chip out that 21/2" if there is a problem with the pole down the road. I would definitely recommend this flag pole.
I ordered this as the original one had completely faded out. It was 5 years old so that is to be expected. The new one looks fantastic on top of the pole!

The pole is up and flying with the solar light and new ball topper. All is good as I fly a Betsy Ross flag and a Pittsburgh Steelers flag. Very happy with everything.
I have had my flagpole for a while now. The gold ball on the top seems to be fading. When I saw them on sale I decided to get another. I have not compared the old with the new yet but one of them will be on the pole this summer. Otherwise everything is great with the flagpole. I am very happy with it.
I bought this flag pole after looking at a lot of different ones on Google Searches. More expensive than many BUT SO WORTH IT!!! We live in OBX NC where the winds constantly blow. This beautiful flag pole is the talk of the neighborhood as we have had several NorEaster’s and she handled them with ease!! Love the easy and quality of this flagpole for extremely harsh conditions. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone and can vouch that it the best on the market.
