Thin Blue Line American Flag

This 3x5 has a thin blue line across an American flag and is made in America. Law enforcement personnel and supporters proudly display this flag to show everyone their support for our police force risking their lives each and every day. The flag is created with durable nylon and two brass grommets for flying on your flagpole. This flag features a black and white American flag with a thin blue line down the center of the image.  

What does the thin blue line American flag represent?

We have all seen the blue line on bumper stickers, shirts, flags, police cruisers, etc. The thin blue line represents police officers and law enforcement men and women separating order from chaos, or victims from criminals. While some police believe that the line separates life and death from being in harm's way every day.

The American flag has all color removed from it showing sadness and peril from fallen brothers and sisters in law enforcement and the evils in the country. The blue line represents the brotherhood and the thin line that all upstanding officers must walk to ensure evil doesn't win.

In all actuality, the thin blue line was used to represent the United States Army back in 1911 when their uniforms were blue. It is derived from the thin red line which is from a battle formation in 1854. 

The thin blue line first became associated with law enforcement and police officers in a documentary in 1966 depicting the brotherhood of those in law enforcement.

There are also some negative thoughts on the blue line throughout society, however, this American blue line flag simply shows support for police, fallen officers, and their duty to the areas they serve.
