Telescoping Flagpole Replacement Part Kits

I submitted an issue on my flagpole. I was sent a link on YouTube for dismantling pole for my problem. Sent photos and Atlantic sent parts per warranty. Quick and easy

I purchased a 25' Phoenix flagpole from Atlantic Flag & Pole in April 2022. After 4 years of 365 day a year use, the plastic rings broke and some other items experienced wear and tear. Replacing them was no problem at all. Within a day of my email, the team had reached out to me and fulfilled my order for parts and shipping. All parts were under warranty, and the Youtube video on how to disassemble the pole, repair/replace the parts, and reassemble was fantastic. After a very heavy storm my flagpoles lower section would not stay raised. The parts inside were damaged. Atlantic Flag & Pole sent me a replacement kit. The kit was easy to install. It worked great and once again my front yard flag is flying high. Great customer service with a warranty they back.

One of the telescoping interlocks broke . I contacted Atlantic flag and within minutes replacement parts were on the way.
The repair instructions were easy to understand, and the flag was flying within a week .

I replaced the broken sleeves and the flagpole works perfectly again. There were 2 broken sleeves and one worn pretty badly. Others were all in good condition. The included instructions threw initially but was able to figure it out. I'm certain that the sleeves were broken due to operator error as I was mistakinglly leaving the pole all the way in the down position during high winds instead of leaving it up as the original owners instructions stated.. Bethany was extremely helpful as usual and provided me with a replacement kit. Thankyou for your help and your excellent customer service.

Atlantic Flag Pole is a great company. When our flag pole locking mechanism failed we called and had parts in a very short time. I highly recommend them for all of your flag pole needs!!!

Received all above and flag pole is up and running. The locking taps broke off the lower 3" sleeve. I would like to suggest
making the lower 3" sleeves from aluminum, as the lower sleeves bear the weight of the flag pole. This just a suggestion and does not in anyway sway me from your excellent pole and outstanding customer service. Thank You again Bethany and staff.

The lowest locking device on my flagpole broke the ears off. I called Atlantic Flagpole and they sent a replacement out very quickly. I installed the flagpole locking device and my flags are flying again. Thank you for both the replacement parts and your outstanding warranty. My suggestion is to make the lower locking device metal since it holds the weight of everting above it. Thanks again.

Thank you so much. I have looked and looked for replacement swivel rings for our older flagpole. They fit perfect.

I sent Kevin a photo showing that the new higher collared interlock would not line up with the holes in the pole because it couldn’t go on far enough. I had to oversize the holes on the pole to make it work. Please call me if you have any questions [****].

i needed a part that broke and with the life time warrenty they sent the right part and i fixed it easy watching the repair video on how to fix it. awesome company

Discovered there was an issue with my telescoping flag pole where two sections would not lock-in and stay up. I reviewed the support video on YouTube which shows how to disassemble and check the inner components. Great video and easy to follow. Found there were two inner brackets needing to be replaced so initiated the warranty claim process. Received a quick response the day I sent the request and received the replacement kit within a week. Replaced all the internal locking mechanisms and the flag pole is just like new once again.

Can't say enough good about Atlantic Flagpole. They did warranty for me twice on the plastic sleeve replacement. Not a great, reliable design in my opinion. The base pole sleeve takes the brunt of the weight and should be made out of metal or something more stout. I guess I'll just keep changing them until they modify the plastic base sleeve.

I just replaced a full set of these less than a year ago (and not the 1st time) I change out my flag about every 3 months. I don't let the sections slam into each other. I take very good care of my things. Then to charge $20 shipping...... What a slap in the face. How much did it weight? Less than 10oz and its the size of a coke can. Sates a lot when a company nickel and dimes you for extra pennies .Guess I'll start looking for a quality part from China from now on.

Let me say, I overall love the flagpole but I’ve had problems with replacement parts of the support joints on my flag pole. The problem isn’t just with the parts themselves but with the company returning my calls and emails. The first time I tried contacting them, it took three calls and at least two emails to hear back from them. I’m having a second issue and have not heard back after placing a call to the number on the web site. Maybe they are closed for the holidays but for some reason they are very slow to respond to me. I’ve yet to hear back from them after leaving a voicemail about a week ago.

one of the parts had a drill hole that wouldn't work. Having been a machinist I could see the problem by comparing the location of the drill hole to the broken part and saw the problem. With just a minor touchup of the hole with a very small drill bit I got it to work but am concerned that there might be a problem in the future.
