I purchased a 25' Phoenix flagpole from Atlantic Flag & Pole in April 2022. After 4 years of 365 day a year use, the plastic rings broke and some other items experienced wear and tear. All parts were under warranty, and the Youtube video on how to disassemble the pole, repair/replace the parts, and reassemble was fantastic. Installation was very simple. Flag pole is of good quality. Beautiful finish on pole. 4x6 flag that came with pole is really nice. You can feel the quality over store bought flags. Shipping was fast and well packaged! Thanks so much! Really added to our front yard!
I love my flag pole, looks great. The only thing I am disappointed about, the top of the flag pole moves back and forth alot in mild wind. We get strong winds here and I am a little concerned.
