Before you order.
What height should I choose: 15, 20 or 25 feet?
Choose by where the pole will stand, how far away the flag will be seen and the presence you want, not by the number of stories. 15 ft is our recommended height for RVs, trade shows, tailgating and small camps, and it suits compact spaces. 20 ft gives an everyday presence for front yards and business entrances. 25 ft makes a bigger statement when the flag will be viewed from farther away. Every height works for homes and businesses, and the 20 and 25 ft carry 100 MPH Wind-Rated Performance with one 4' x 6' flag and the 3" ball topper.
How does the telescoping system work?
The sections raise and lower by hand and lock as you raise them. There are no ropes and no pulleys.
Is installation difficult?

What does 100 MPH Wind-Rated Performance cover?
100 MPH Wind-Rated Performance applies to properly installed Phoenix 20' and 25' models using one 4' x 6' Premium Nylon U.S. flag supplied with the Phoenix kit, or an identical replacement of the same size, material, and specifications, one standard 3" ball topper, and no additional accessories.
