This is the Famous Phoenix Swiveling Outrigger Flag Pole Set- where it all got started. It is 6' commercial grade aluminum and is made for homes or buildings. It has a limited lifetime warranty and is rated for high winds. It comes as a complete package with:

-6' Silver anodized aluminum pole or (Now in our Popular Black Bronze color!)
-Gold ball topper.
-3' x 5' premium quality nylon U.S.A. flag. (made in the U.S.A.)
-(2ea) Rotating, Swivel attachment rings for one flag, which allows for flag rotation.
-360-degree powder-coated aluminum mounting plate, with stainless steel attachment screws. Mounting plate measures 4"x 4".

Tangled flag

We love the flag. It is beautiful! The reason for 2 stars rating is because it does tangle around the pole. We have to untangle it daily. We bought this particular flag because it was advertised as tangle proof.

Well made, looks good

I am generally pleased with the flagpole
My only complaint is that the rings that are supposed to spin to keep the flag from wrapping around the pole do not work very well
