What is Covered?
Significant wear or fading from continuous outdoor display, including:
- Grommet detachment
- Header tearing
- Significant edge fraying
*One replacement allowed per flag. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What is NOT Covered?
Damage resulting from events outside of normal wear, such as:
- Inclement weather (Storms, Hurricanes, Ice)
- Theft or vandalism
- Contact with buildings, trees, or objects
- Flags displayed on non-stationary poles

Is your flag showing significant wear within your guarantee window? Contact our customer service department for authorization.
Note: Atlantic Flag and Pole retains the final decision on what constitutes significant wear. Regular inspection is recommended to maximize the life of your flag.
