You've got 1 YEAR- that's 365 days to think about it, from the date you place your order. That should give you plenty of time to find out just how great our products are. Fair? I hope you think so, because I've been told it's more than fair. If you honestly believe you have not received the best quality found in my products, you get your money back. Please enclose a picture of yourself next to your installed flagpole, to prove you tried it out, along with a short letter explaining why it didn't work for you and what I can do to improve my product. Then drop it in the mail. Simple as that. So what have got to lose? Give my flagpole a try!
