Email support@atlanticflagpole.com for your RMA# before shipping. This ensures your refund is tracked.

Pack All Parts

Include the topper, flag, rings, and snaps.

Standard Shipping

Ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground. After shipping, email us your tracking number so we can monitor the arrival.

⚠️ DO NOT use "Signature Required" — Carriers may reject the return if we are out of the office.

The Fine Print

Accessories: 30-day window. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Custom Items: Weathervanes and custom signs are final sale.

Damages: Report any shipping damage within 7 business days with photos.
