365 Day Guarantee!! Our Phoenix Telescoping Flagpoles are the ONLY flagpoles in the industry that allow you a full YEAR to decide whether or not you want to keep your flagpole. That is how confident we are that you will LOVE our American made, Phoenix Telescoping Flagpoles. Here’s how it works:
- Take a picture of yourself next to your installed flagpole, to prove you tried it out, along with a short letter explaining why it didn't work for you and what we can do to improve our flagpole. Simple as that.

Per our policy, you will receive a full refund, less shipping, after you have followed the steps above and we receive your flagpole and accessories back undamaged. (Note: Gold Ball Topper, USA Flag, Attached Swivel Rings & Stainless Steel Flag Snaps, Red Ground Sleeve Cap and Anti-Theft Securi Shur Locking Device need to be included in shipment in order to receive the full refund amount available. We do not expect you to return the ground sleeve and stop bolt if already installed)
📦 Standard 30-Day Return Policy
- We offer a 30-day return policy on all products sold through our website (excluding exceptions noted below).
- To qualify for a refund, items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in brand new, unopened condition within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price, less shipping charges, immediately after inspection and should appear on your card within 7-10 business days per your credit card policies.
- If an item or accessory has been opened, used, or is not returned in original packaging, a 15% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion.
- Returns missing parts, accessories, or packaging may be subject to additional deductions equal to the replacement cost of the missing items.

Atlantic Flag & Pole retains the right to refuse a return if:
- The product is returned used or damaged,
- Critical components are missing (making the item non-restockable), or
- The return is not within the 30-day window.
📝 How to Return Your Item

Request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
- Contact us to receive your RMA number before shipping your return.
- Please include the RMA# inside your package on a note or letter (do not write on the product box).

Repack Securely:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included (e.g., lights, flags, toppers, swivel rings, flag snaps, ground sleeve cap, Securi-Shur clamp, red ground sleeve cap, etc.).
- Missing accessories may reduce the refund amount by the replacement cost of the missing parts.

Choose a Carrier:
- You may return items using UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground/Standard shipping.
- Do not select “Signature Required.” Carriers can deliver without this, and a signature requirement may cause your package to be returned to you.
- Once you ship your return, please email us the tracking number so we can monitor delivery.

Here’s how it works:
- Take a picture of yourself next to your installed Phoenix Flagpole, to prove you tried it out.

Weathervanes & Custom Specialty Items
- All sales are final for weathervanes and custom specialty signs/items (exceptions apply).
- Because these are custom-fabricated and made-to-order with specific finishes and designs, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item arrives damaged or was sent in error.

If your weathervane or custom specialty item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
- Provide photos and a description of the issue so we can promptly resolve it.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
Seasonal Items
- Seasonal items (e.g., Christmas/holiday products) may not be returned after the date of the holiday.

- Packages returned without tracking, shipped with “Signature Required,” missing components, or returned in used/damaged condition may be delayed or reduced in refund value.
