one of the parts had a drill hole that wouldn't work. Having been a machinist I could see the problem by comparing the location of the drill hole to the broken part and saw the problem. With just a minor touchup of the hole with a very small drill bit I got it to work but am concerned that there might be a problem in the future.

Great light. Kinda lights up the front yard as well as illuminating the flag. Much brighter than the one it replaced.

Parts were delivered quickly so I could get my flag flying again! I did find that the sleeves have to be a matched set as I found out the middle bottom section did not fit to the new upper section. The flanges from the new to old were different lengths (shorter) so they would not lock. I replaced the bottom section and all was good. Thanks for the great support!
