Let me say, I overall love the flagpole but I’ve had problems with replacement parts of the support joints on my flag pole. The problem isn’t just with the parts themselves but with the company returning my calls and emails. The first time I tried contacting them, it took three calls and at least two emails to hear back from them. I’m having a second issue and have not heard back after placing a call to the number on the web site. Maybe they are closed for the holidays but for some reason they are very slow to respond to me. I’ve yet to hear back from them after leaving a voicemail about a week ago.
Due to strong winds not flying new flag until late Spring. Want colors to be in full glory for US 250th birthday.
Love it, Love it, Love it. I finally purchased your flagpole Christmas tree light kit. It is so beautiful. Had many comments about it. I looked at several and by far this one is so elegant. Built a star in the background to add a finishing touch. A nice way to celebrate the birth of our Savior in Missouri the middle of our great nation. Keep up the good work Atlantic Flagpole. Dan A.
Flag pole will be erected at the above named golf course after renovation's have been completed in Vero Beach Florida sometime after the Holidays.
This was to replace the original light which stopped working after 16 months of service in the hot southwestern climate. The replacement was shipped fast and free just had to cover shipping now my U.S. and USMC flags are back up and flying 24-7 THANKS!

one of the parts had a drill hole that wouldn't work. Having been a machinist I could see the problem by comparing the location of the drill hole to the broken part and saw the problem. With just a minor touchup of the hole with a very small drill bit I got it to work but am concerned that there might be a problem in the future.
