I ordered my flagpole on 8/29. I had trouble applying one of the coupon codes so I called and some helped me (possibly Nick, I think). He was super helpful! My pole arrived on Friday 9/5. I dug the hole and set the sleeve in concrete on 9/6. I waited a few days to install the pole and once I did, I flew my flag at half staff for Charlie Kirk. Although it was a horrific tragedy for our country, I was very pleased that the telescoping pole is able to fly the flag at half staff without installing a rope and pulley or even a tether and weight. Installation was simple, directions were clear and my pole and flag look beautiful. Thank you so much! I’ll try to send photos! God bless the USA!

Great flag! Mounts as easy as the 3'x5' flags and works just fine, functionally and aesthetically on the pole with a 3'x5' state flag below it. I will be buying 4'x6' American flags from now on.

When I looked at flagpoles, there were a lot that were less, but you get what you pay for. The equipment and products from Atlantic Flagpole are worth every penny. I purchased the 20-foot black pole with numerous flags, and it came with everything for a turnkey project. The company was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to questions. Their website has good instructions and videos on installation and even raising of the telescopic pole. My neighbors have been complimentary, and many have said they want to install one. If you are serious about getting a flagpole, there is no better place to get a US made product. Enjoy.
Parts were delivered quickly so I could get my flag flying again! I did find that the sleeves have to be a matched set as I found out the middle bottom section did not fit to the new upper section. The flanges from the new to old were different lengths (shorter) so they would not lock. I replaced the bottom section and all was good. Thanks for the great support!
I love my Atlantic Flag Poles. I’m one of the few people in the neighborhood who have a flag pole. It makes it very convenient to be able to take it down to change the flag or if the weather gets very windy. I’ve had it for several years now, and I am very grateful for it.
Our original flag was getting old and faded so ordered a new one from Atlantic Flagpole. Shipping was very fast, and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the new flag. Would highly recommend if you are in need of a new flag.
