I returned the Led Christmas Tree for flagpole via UPS a day before Thanks Giving. The Tracking number showed it was delivered to the store December 2. It is December 16. I am still waiting for my refund. I even paid $92.00 for shipping to go back to New York from California. I contacted Atlantic Flagpole they responded to my initial response claim for a Refund. Kevin responded and advised me he would check back with me via e-mail. I never got a response back.
I am not satisfied with customer service. Please respond.
Updated December 17. I got a refund after I made my complaint. I will give 3 stars because of that and it took 2 weeks for the refund.
