🔹 Troubleshooting Guide
Q: My Freedom Ring feels stiff or doesn’t rotate smoothly.
• Check that the ring is clipped fully shut.
• Wipe the ring with a damp cloth to remove dust, grit, or pollen.
• Apply a light silicone spray (never oil-based lubricants) around the swivel point if rotation feels tight.
Q: My flag keeps wrapping around the pole.
• Make sure both the top and bottom grommets are clipped to Freedom Rings.
• Check that the rings are not too close together — space them properly for your flag size.
• If flying two flags, ensure each has its own swivel ring on top.
Q: Can I replace a Freedom Ring if one breaks?
• Yes. Freedom Rings are removable and replaceable. Simply collapse your flagpole, pry open the ring at the snap eyelet, slide it off, and install a new one following the same steps above.
• Remember, all Freedom Rings are covered by Atlantic Flag & Pole’s Lifetime Warranty .
Q: My Freedom Rings got dirty or faded over time. How do I clean them?
• Wash with warm water and mild soap.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives, which may scratch the Lexan® finish.
