I purchased my flagpole about 2 weeks ago and it arrived promptly within 4 days. I got busy and did the install that same day. It was really quite a simple job and I was done in about an hour. The quality of this flagpole is impressive. I purchased the black/bronze pole and it's a nice departure from the standard silver you see everywhere. I also complemented the pole with the black/bronze flash collar and the ball topper. Raising and lowering the flagpole is very simple and I am impressed with the locking mechanisms between the sections. I had been looking at flagpoles over the years and I am glad I came across this offering. The only thing I need to do now is pick out which flag I'll fly as my second on the pole. I highly recommend this flagpole.
I just replaced a full set of these less than a year ago (and not the 1st time) I change out my flag about every 3 months. I don't let the sections slam into each other. I take very good care of my things. Then to charge $20 shipping...... What a slap in the face. How much did it weight? Less than 10oz and its the size of a coke can. Sates a lot when a company nickel and dimes you for extra pennies .Guess I'll start looking for a quality part from China from now on.
Let me say, I overall love the flagpole but I’ve had problems with replacement parts of the support joints on my flag pole. The problem isn’t just with the parts themselves but with the company returning my calls and emails. The first time I tried contacting them, it took three calls and at least two emails to hear back from them. I’m having a second issue and have not heard back after placing a call to the number on the web site. Maybe they are closed for the holidays but for some reason they are very slow to respond to me. I’ve yet to hear back from them after leaving a voicemail about a week ago.
Due to strong winds not flying new flag until late Spring. Want colors to be in full glory for US 250th birthday.
Love it, Love it, Love it. I finally purchased your flagpole Christmas tree light kit. It is so beautiful. Had many comments about it. I looked at several and by far this one is so elegant. Built a star in the background to add a finishing touch. A nice way to celebrate the birth of our Savior in Missouri the middle of our great nation. Keep up the good work Atlantic Flagpole. Dan A.
